Superhomess provides managed residential stays, commercial spaces and renovation services. All bookings and enquiries made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Superhomess. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

Guests are expected to treat all properties with care and respect. Any damage caused during a stay will be the responsibility of the guest. Superhomess is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during a stay.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the website after updates are made, you accept the revised terms. If you have questions about these terms, contact us.

Terms and Conditions for Booking

1. Payment Policy
• To confirm your booking, you must pay the full amount of the stay along with a refundable security deposit at the time of booking.
• For bookings made at least three (3) months in advance, a 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance and security deposit must be paid seven (7) days before your check-in date.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Standard Bookings (within 3 months of stay dates):
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of check-in, the full booking amount will be nonrefundable.

• Advance Bookings (made 3 months or more in advance):
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of check-in, the 50% advance payment will be nonrefundable.
• Any remaining balance paid before check-in will also be non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date.

3. Refundable Security Deposit
• The security deposit is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property after checkout. Any damages, loss, or policy violations may result in deductions from the deposit.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policy
• Check-in time: after 12 pm
• Check-out time: before 11 am
• Late check-outs are subject to prior approval and additional charges.

5. House Rules
• Guests must adhere to all house rules provided at the time of check-in.
• Any damage to the property or violation of rules may result in penalties and deductions from the security deposit.

6. Force Majeure
• The property will not be liable for refunds or compensation for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other event beyond reasonable control.

7. Acknowledgment
• By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
